We are currently seeking an Asian Executive Sous Chef for a beautiful Island Resort in the Seychelles. Reporting to the Executive Chef, you will assist in overseeing 2 restaurants, ensuring the consistent production of high quality food through both outlets and you will develop positive customer relations through proactive interaction with guests, team members, contractors and suppliers. You will also assist with the training and development of culinary employees in all areas. To apply for this role you should have at least 3 years experience as an Executive Sous Chef in a luxury resort and you will have a strong culinary background, with a good understanding of Asian cuisine.
