You will be responsible for the day to day running of the high quality food and beverage outlets, as well as deputising for the GM in his absence. Candidates must be driven professionals with strong managerial and communication skills, as happy in guest contact as they are behind the desk. Three years of experience working in 5 star luxury properties is essential, and if you have experience of the Arabic world then so much the better. You must also speak fluent English and one other European language to be considered.
