You will assist the Executive Chef in all kitchen operations including cost and quality control, purchasing and preparation. You will have creative flair in menu preparation using the finest ingredients. To apply for this role you will have at least 5 years experience as a Sous Chef in a 5 star property and you will be holding a relevant recognised qualification in food preparation, handling and safety. Working experience in hardship, island or African locations will be a bonus. Corporate experience would be preferred. This is a single status contract.
