Our service
We always want you to be 100% happy with the quality of our service. If for any reason, you believe that we don’t live up to our commitment statement, then please allow us the opportunity to put it right. If you are then still unhappy with what we’ve done, and you alone are the judge of that – then our services will be provided to you Gratis – Free of Charge!
Once we have agreed a fee we guarantee not to surprise you with any additional costs due to any specification changes.
Above all, we guarantee that we will listen, understand and do everything possible to allow us to work in partnership – providing “Success through People”
Our candidates
As we will have worked together, we will have minimised the chances of a candidate not making the grade. However, as we are dealing with people and emotions, should for whatever reason a person introduced via us not “make the grade” then we will conduct an additional search at no extra cost if the payment has already been made. This is fully covered in our trading terms and conditions – and we would be pleased to explain anything unclear.
